I have very much enjoyed the security Total AV has given me over our 2 years together.
The only grievances I have are the fact that the VPN (which I have paid for) does not work because "my memory is corrupt", and it does not explain to me what I should do to fix the memory and get the VPN to work. Total AV also restricts some totally legal and safe downloads apparently for just the sake of it, and again, there are no instructions for me to fix the problem. For these two issues, I deduct one star. But the remaining 4 are well earned; many thanks, Total AV :)

Needs power off function

Overall it seems to be a great package, easy to use, and as far as I can tell effective.
However, I want a power off function accessible from the longer scan.
This is enough to make me look for another provider.

Fed up with Norton's drain on my CPU power, I changed to TotalAV and am amazed. Its easy to use, reliable and doesn't slow things down like most of its competitors. Makes me wonder why I didnt change over sooner. Yes, the install offers upgrades which I declined, but I was able to add a couple later (like password vault) so easily. Loving the system currently.
